How much time will it take for my laundry to be ready?
This depends upon the Service Level Agreement (SLA) of each order. We offer same day delivery depending on the load of your order and this can be adjusted by directly speaking to customer service through Whatsapp
Can you remove the stains totally?
We aim our best to get rid of the toughest stains but we can’t guarantee the same due to the differing nature and extent of stains and the quality of the fabric.Â
Can I pick up or drop-off my order?
No, we are proud to duly-timed and efficient end-to-end conveyance service from your doorstep for laundry. We cannot allow individual walk-ins in our service centre.
Can I edit my order? How can I edit it?
Orders can be completely edited until the point of collection. Once collected from your doorstep, the order becomes unchangeable. To edit your order, you can contact us through the Website or through Whatsapp before the items are collected by our delivery agent.Â

What products are used on my garments?
We use skin safe non-bio products to maintain the hygiene and safety standards of the garment. For softeners, we use Comfort in both scented and unscented variants as per order requirements.Â
How can I seek assistance for allergies and skin irritation for my garments?
We are happy to perform the cleaning services in your offered cleaning agent/products of choice to deal with skin problems. This can easily be requested at the time placing the order. These garments are separately cleaned to avoid cross-contamination.
