We aim our best to get rid of the toughest stains but we can’t guarantee the same due to the differing nature and extent of stains and the quality of the fabric. 

No, we are proud to duly-timed and efficient end-to-end conveyance service from your doorstep for laundry. We cannot allow individual walk-ins in our service centre.

Orders can be completely edited until the point of collection. Once collected from your doorstep, the order becomes unchangeable. To edit your order, you can contact us through the Website or through Whatsapp before the items are collected by our delivery agent. 

We offer our customers services at a minimum order value of £20.

We use skin safe non-bio products to maintain the hygiene and safety standards of the garment. For softeners, we use Comfort in both scented and unscented variants as per order requirements. 

We are happy to perform the cleaning services in your offered cleaning agent/products of choice to deal with skin problems. This can easily be requested at the time placing the order. These garments are separately cleaned to avoid cross-contamination.
