Service Wash & Fold – 1 to 21 items of clothing. We assess the clothing and care labels, separate whites and colours, and choose wash and drying programmes suited to the eligible garments. This service is for clothing, with the item allowance and exclusions stated in the booking; bedding, towels and linen use their own listed services.

Drying only, no washing. Tumble dried, then folded.

Dry & Fold – up to 50 garments. This is a drying-only service for up to 50 garments; washing and stain treatment are not included. We check the care labels and assess which garments are suitable for tumble drying, then select appropriate drying settings for the eligible items. Once dry, the clothing is checked and neatly folded for return. Items unsuitable for tumble drying require a different arrangement. Please send clothing that has already been washed.

Machine-washable clothing, washed, ironed and folded. Anything over 21 garments is invoiced separately; invoices are paid before delivery.

Wash, Iron & Fold (WIF) – 1 to 21 garments. We assess the clothing and care labels, separate whites and colours, and select suitable washing and drying programmes for the machine-washable garments. A mixed washing load of up to 20 machine-washable catering items, including kitchen towels, tablecloths, napkins, aprons and work garments. Items are washed at 40–60°C and tumble dried, using temperatures suitable for their manufacturer’s care labels. Items are checked and sorted by colour and fabric compatibility before cleaning. £16 per load; select one load for each group of up to 20 items. Ironing and pressing are not included and can be booked separately under Catering Ironing & Pressing. Washing for one reusable fabric skull cap or tall chef’s hat at 60°C, where the manufacturer’s care label permits, followed by suitable tumble drying. The fabric, shape, elastic and fastening details are checked before cleaning. £4 per hat. This service is for washable textile headwear, not disposable paper hats or items whose structure cannot tolerate washing. Ironing and pressing are not included. Professional dry cleaning for one pair of catering or front-of-house trousers or chinos. The fabric, trims and care label are checked before a suitable cleaning method is selected, with attention to everyday food marks and workplace soiling. £7 per pair.
