Cleaning process: Down jacket. We check the care label, fabric, colour and condition, and assess visible marks before treatment. Any stain treatment is chosen for the material and used only where suitable. We assess the feather or down filling, outer fabric and stitching before choosing washing or dry cleaning as permitted by the care label. Drying is selected for the filling, with attention to moisture inside the item. It is checked and prepared for return; cleaning cannot replace lost filling or repair damaged seams.
