Flannel (face cloth)

Cleaning process: Flannel (face cloth). We assess the towel or mat's fabric, backing where present and care label, including any visible marks. Washing and drying are selected to suit the material; rubber-backed mats need particular care with heat. Once dry, the item is checked and folded for return. We aim for a fresh, usable finish without promising removal of every stain or restoration of worn fibres.
