How we care for this service
- Washed, dried and neatly folded.
- Whites and colours washed separately.
- Matching pairs, such as socks, count as one item.
- 21 items + up to 7 extra garments free (28 total).
- Above 28 items: an extra wash load is invoiced separately.
- Add care requests at checkout. We follow garment care labels.
- Cleaning process: Service Wash & Fold – 1 to 21 items of clothing. We assess the clothing and care labels, separate whites and colours, and choose wash and drying programmes suited to the eligible garments. Visible marks are assessed for suitable treatment. Once dry, the garments are checked and neatly folded. This service is for clothing, with the item allowance and exclusions stated in the booking; bedding, towels and linen use their own listed services.
